Prior to joining Powerhouse, Yaakov served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at a private lending firm, where he helped grow the business significantly year over year by implementing operational efficiencies, refining credit policies, and expanding referral channels. His ability to align credit discipline with growth initiatives has been a consistent driver of performance throughout his career.
