- Pay stubs for the most recent 4 weeks.
- W2’s for the last two years.
- Tax returns for the last two years
- Last three consecutive months of bank statements (all pages).
- Any recent three months statements for other cash assets: IRA’s, 401k’s, mutual funds or anything similar.
