Janice entered the mortgage industry in 1998 and has successfully become proficient in all facets of mortgage production including processing, underwriting, closing and post closing. A key figure at Powerhouse Solutions, she has maintained her FHA DE Underwriting status since joining the firm in 2008. Janice currently is the Director of Operations for Powerhouse Solutions. In this capacity she oversee the operation staff while also being responsible for closing document preparation & compliance, Loan Funding, Secondary Marketing and post closing Quality Control.
